The Hanatour Services Nepal Private Limited is looking for an experienced General Director to oversee operations and ensure high-quality service for visa applicants. The ideal candidate should have strong visa service experience, managerial skills, and native fluency in Korean. language. A solid understanding of Korean consular affairs, international diplomacy, and team management is yongsential to maintaining the center's high standards.
Position: General Director
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Korea Visa Application Center, ensuring effective processing and handling of visa applications.
- Head a team of administrative, operational, and customer service staff, providing
- mentorship and ensuring high productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with Nepali and Korean laws, consular guidelines, and operational standards.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Embassy of Korea, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, and other diplomatic entities.
- Oversee customer service initiatives, ensuring all applicants receive prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the operational status of the visa center and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Manage the relationship with international organizations and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and handling any issues that arise.
Key Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Native fluency in Korean and proficient in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Nepali is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Diplomatic Studies, or a related field from a reputed university.
Experience
- Experience working directly with consular services or within Korean diplomatic missions.
- ats of experience Minimum of 10 years of experience working in visa services, preferably in a consular or embassy setting.
- Proven managerial experience overseeing teams, handling operations, and managing cross-cultural communication.
- Knowledge of the documents required for various types of Korean visas and the procedures involved in processing them.
- Experience working with international organizations or governmental agencies, particularly in visa-related services or diplomatic operations.
- Knowledge of Korean diplomatic protocols and international relations.
- Knowledge of software application.
Skills
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to handle diverse teams.
