Helvetas Nepal is a Swiss non-governmental organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in Nepal. Helvetas Nepal invites applications from dynamic and committed Nepali citizens for the following positions.

Position Title: Knowledge Management (KM) and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Coordinator

Job Purpose

The position will be instrumental in strengthening Helvetas Nepal's learning culture by integrating MEL systems with effective knowledge management at the country office level, facilitating to capture, organize, and disseminate organizational knowledge and learning. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibilities for providing executive coordination support to the Country Director.

Required Education, Experiences and Competencies

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Information Management, Communication Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, Statistics, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in KM, MEL and project coordination within development or humanitarian organizations. Experience in supporting senior leadership and executive-level coordination is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multi-sectoral development programming and donor reporting requirements preferred.
• Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction.

Duty Station: Helvetas Nepal, Country Office, Lalitpur with field visits as required.

Duration: Initially three years with possibilities of extension.
