Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain acceptable airworthiness, safety and performance standards in H9 aircraft fleet of A319 & A320.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirement of NCAR-145.
• Train technicians in A319, A320 aircraft maintenance, SMS, human factor, etc.
• Accomplish production, maintenance and inspection tasks with optimum use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Assist Director-M&E in H9 A330 fleet expansion.
•  Implement procedures for Line Maintenance, Ground Service Equipment, Maintenance Sub-base and Line Stations with regard to manpower/man-hour, tools and equipment planning.
•  Ensure monitoring of maintenance personnel for strict adherence of the usage of properly maintained and calibrated equipments and tools.
• Inspect and approve the productive work task in line with the terms of his authorization required by the Quality Assurance Department.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance of A320 family.
•  CAAN AMT License or equivalent.
•  Proficient in both English and Chinese language
