Duties and Responsibilities

1. Crew Scheduling and Control 

• Crew planning, scheduling & control
• Calculation of crew flight duty time limitation and rest period
• Crew qualifications and proficiency record
•  Crew leave planning Workforce requirement analysis according to operations demand
• Crew data/documents in crew planning software

2. Flight Dispatch

• Flight planning, Dispatch and Operations control.
• Preparation of Operational Flight Plan documentation
• Maintaining Navigation Data, Charts, Maps and Route Manuals
• Maintaining ICAO Annexes /CAAN Regulations / Company Manuals
• Maintaining System Control Software Data/Documents.
• Coordinating with various department during Delay/Disruption
• Flight watch / Flight monitoring during flight operation

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum work experience of 15 years
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a dispatcher in International Airlines. 
• Must have FOO/Flight Dispatcher license
• Bachelors in Air Traffic Control System or relevant
