Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the passenger sales, marketing and customer sales team to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent services to the customers.
• Prepare sales strategies to increase revenue of Himalaya Airlines
• Suggest ways and means for effective sales promotion by which more traffic could be generated
• Make all possible endeavors to enhance the image, goodwill and reputation of Himalaya Airlines.
• Send traffic related statistics and MIS on a regular basis
• Develop, review and optimize trading strategies against key competitors.
• Monitor/Supervise all the sales related activities.
• Suggest ways and mention to improve yield
•  

Qualification Requirements

• Master's degree from a reputed university
• Fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of Chinese Culture to deal with Chinese clients
• Knowledge of permit processing for China sectors.
• Over 15 years of experience in International Airlines
