• Leads and coaches a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, ensure market coverage, and execute commercial plans within assigned territories.

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant progressive experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant progressive experience.

Role Summary

• Leads overall plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, workforce management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with at least 10 years of progressive experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field with 8 years of relevant progressive experience or Master's degree or relevant certifications in Production Management or Quality Systems with 5 years of experience.

Position : Assistant Manager, Distributor Finance
