Officer-Portfolio Management Service (PMS)

Himalayan Investment Banker Limited (HIBL) invites applications from qualified, competent and experienced professionals for the following position.

Position: Officer-Portfolio Management Service (PMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client portfolios in accordance with approved investment strategies and guidelines.
• Conduct investment research and analyze securities, financial instruments and market trends.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular portfolio performance and investment reports.
• Assist in investment decisions and portfolio rebalancing based on market conditions and client objectives.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to portfolio management activities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding portfolio performance, investment activities and related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBON regulations, company policies and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution and settlement of portfolio-related transactions.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with at least three years of experience in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA will be preferred.
• Proven experience in investment management, preferably within the Nepalese financial market.
• In-depth understanding of investment products, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
