Position: Program Coordinator - Female

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in cal Social work or related field.

Age Group

• 30+

Language

• Verbal and written fluency English & Nepali required.

Experiences

7+ years in social work, education, community development, or women's empowerment required. Strong computer skills, comfortable with virtual meetings.

Duties

• Reporting participant data and program status to House Manager and US Board. Community needs assessment.

Salary

• 30K+ based on experience + Dashain bonus.
• Provident Fund after one year
• 5-day weekly work schedule.
