Position: Core Network Engineer (Expert)

Job Responsibilities

• Engineering support for commissioning, Integration and System Acceptance Testing Networks PS Core Network elements. Conduct background in IP/ Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, LAN/WAN network architecture.
• Communicate with the customers, response to them on time and solve the issues on time by search product document or search help to TAC/R & D.
• Assess L2/L3 IP test plans, tunnel, QOS and acceptance criteria for network designs.
• Understand changes in process and follow, changes in any network needed to be controlled 100%. Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal learning and experience on
• the diverse components of the overall solution.
• Grasp Core Network design, functionality and operation.
• Create capacity planning standards and guidelines for network's continues expansion.
• Support network and space development, system acceptance test criteria and performance applications.
• Communicate and coordinate with Head Office as and when required.
• Handle onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/CDMA equipment. Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Computer Science/Communication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years work experience in related field.
• Should be a team player with a great attitude of being initiative.
• In depth understanding of global telecom industry.
• Should have strong interpersonal capability & leadership skill.
• Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written. Ability to speak and write Chinese
• language will be an added advantage.
