Position: Wireless Engineer (Expert)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver the wireless products from a product field and ensure the product installation, supervision and commissioning.
• Ensure delivery quality, progress, smooth operation and maintenance.
• Address tricky service problems in the respective product field, and lead the resolution of key problems.
• Deliver advanced courses for the product field, ensure that the serviceability measures can be adopted, and optimize delivery modes.
• Responsible for capacity planning, GSM frequency planning and frequency hopping by applying carrier/ interference (C/I) ratio analysis.
• Provide guidance for lower-level staff to improve their capabilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Computer Science/ Communication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years or more experience in telecom project and familiar with Huawei equipment and network system.
• In depth understanding of global telecom industry.
• Should have good communication skills, ability to work in team, proactive and result oriented
• Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player layer with good communications skills and attitude.
• Good Proficiency in English Language both spoken and written. Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage.
