We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven and result-oriented personnel with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, as well as an outgoing personality, for the position listed below.

 


 

F&B Production Department :

 

Chef De Cuisine - Thai

  • Minimum 6 years’ work experience as Thai Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
  • Strong hands on experience in Thai regional cuisine.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be
    essential.
  • Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
  • Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
  • Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.

 


 

Chef De Cuisine - Indian

  • Minimum 6 years’ work experience as Indian Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge
    of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
  • Strong hands on experience in Indian cuisine.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be
    essential.
  • Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
  • Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
  • Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.
