F&B Production Department :
Chef De Cuisine - Thai
- Minimum 6 years’ work experience as Thai Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
- Strong hands on experience in Thai regional cuisine.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be
essential.
- Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
- Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
- Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.
Chef De Cuisine - Indian
- Minimum 6 years’ work experience as Indian Sous Chef in a five star hotel with good knowledge
of large volume production and preferably international exposure.
- Strong hands on experience in Indian cuisine.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be
essential.
- Mandatory Professional education qualification in culinary arts.
- Advance Computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
- Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.
