Job Description

• Actively communicate with channel partners in the assigned region to foster sales growth.
• Develop, manage, and expand sales channels to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Review and update sales policies, strategies, and training curriculum as needed.
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives, and implement improvements to boost performance metrics.
• Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and management. insights for se
