Position: Loan and Recovery Executive

Number of Openings: Few

Qualification: BBS/BBA

Location: Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and manage loan files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Follow recovery procedures to collect EMIs from customers.
• Follow up with default clients and visit their homes if required to resolve overdue payments.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and dealers to ensure smooth loan and recovery processes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to encourage loan settlement or ensure timely EMI payments.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing loan and recovery activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA/BBS Completed or Running
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
• Prior experience in customer relation and marketing would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Freshers with financing knowledge are encouraged to apply
