Position: Sr. Officer- Finance & Accounts

Qualification: BBS/BBA

Location: Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for hire purchase operations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Support and guide junior finance staff in daily financial operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Semi-Qualified CA or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, banking, or hire purchase companies.
• Knowledge of loan financing, hire purchase operations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
