Position: Telecaller

Qualification: BBS/BBA

Location: Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities

• Make pre-calls for upcoming EMIs.
• Follow up with overdue clients.
• Perform tasks in alignment with the action plan provided by the supervisor.
• Address clients' concerns, grievances, and suggestions promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accurate settlement of clients' bank deposit vouchers.
• Conduct all interactions respectfully and professionally.
• Provide daily reports to the supervisor regarding work updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA/BBS Completed or Running
• Prior experience in customer handling role is preferred
• Active listening skills to understand client's concerns.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
