Post : Senior News Anchor/Producer

Education : Master's Degree (Preferably in Journalism Social Sciences)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Television and/or Multimedia Journalism, with a strong focus on news production, news presenting, and hosting current affairs programs, including socio-political interviews, debates, and panel discussions.
• Experience in news reporting and editing will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

• News Presentation & Reporting : Present live news and current affairs programs, conduct interviews, deliver breaking news, and maintain a compelling on-camera presence.
• Editorial & Production Responsible : Research, write, edit, and fact-check scripts; plan rundowns; and oversee editorial andproduction workflows while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance.
• Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with reporters, camera teams, editors, producers, graphics teams, and digital units; participate in editorial meetings; and coordinate newsroom functions for cohesive output.
• News Presentaion & Reporting : Adapt TV reports for digital platforms, produce short-form/mobile videos, engage audiences through interactive features, and monitor analytics to enhance reach and performance.
• Skill, Tool & Performance Management : Demonstrate strong journalism skills, proficiency in newsroom and digital tools, ability to deliver under live conditions and flexible schedules, and conduct KPI-based performance reviews for anchors and producers.
