Enterprises Development Facilitator

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Education, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Provinces of Nepal. KIDS is implementing Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) (Nutrition, WASH & DRRCC and Livelihood) and Sponsorship communication project in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Bijay Nagar rural municipality of Kapilvastu District. Connecting this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position.

Position: Enterprises Development Facilitator

Duty Station: Bijay Nagar rural municipality

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in economics/ Rural Development/ Business Administration/Entrepreneurship/ Agriculture Economics/ Development Studies/ Management
• a related field with at least 2 years working experience in related field. or
• 10+2 with at least 5 years' working experience in related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise development for women, youth, and disadvantaged communities.
