Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Nutrition, Climate change, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Province of Nepal. KIDS is implementing SRHR program in Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Arghkhanchi, Pyuthan, Rolpa and Rukum (East) districts supported by UNFPA under Lumbini Province. Connecting to this program, KIDS invites applications (subject to approval from donor) from the interested, qualified, eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position.

Position: M&E Officer

Required No.: One

Duty Station: 

• KIDS Office, Taulihawa, Kapilvastu with 60% field visit in program districts

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degreein nursing/public health/Social Science/management or otherrelated discipline from recognized university, master's degree will be preferred.
• At least2years' working experience in M&E/ Data management.
• Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written.
• Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge and skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program data, track program activities and results.
• Develop and share program monitoring tools, forms formats, registers and check list.
• Responsible formonitoring and evaluation and documentation as per standards of program.
• Support to Prepare the progress/ event reports.
• Conduct data quality assessments to determine the validity, reliability, and integrity of performance data gathered.
• Responsible for maintaining data security, confidentiality and sharing protocols.
