Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Province of Nepal. KIDS is implementing project entitled "Promoting food and nutrition security through women empowerment in Kapilvastu, Mahrajgunj and Budhhbhumi Municipalities under Kapilvastu District", jointly with Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) in the partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH). Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and can deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position:

Position: Project Coordinator

Required No.: 1

Duty Station: KIDS Central Office, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area

Required qualifications and experience

• Master degree in Public Health/Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 1 year working experience or Bachelor's in Public Health/Food and Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 3 years' experience in related field.
• Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written. Awadhi language is preferable.
• Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge and skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Two-wheeler driving license

Key Responsibilities

• Overall planning and execution of project, ensuring financial compliance;
• Monitoring and Supervision of project team;
• Documentation and reporting of the processes, outputs and outcomes with quality assurance of data;
• Develop periodic progress and programmatic reports;
• Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, both at provincial & local level, including technical support for policy advocacy and documentation.
