Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini and Karnali Provinces of Nepal.KIDS is implementing Promoting Food and Nutrition Security through Women Empowerment, jointly with Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN)in the partnership with BMZ/Welthungerhilfe. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position.

Position : Women Cum Nutrition Officer

Required : 1 (Female)

Duty Station : KIDS Central Office, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in public health/ food and nutritionwith 2 years' experience in related field.
• Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English, Nepali and Local language both verbal and written.
• Good community mobilization, interpersonal, networking, communication and management skills.
• Excellent coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team and remote/difficult circumstances
• Two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to implement project activities at the Municipal level in close coordination with relevant stakeholders, including proper documentation and timely reporting;
• Manage and supervise staff and ensure the community's participation in project activities along with other software aspects of the project when necessary.
• Data Management.
