• The applicant must submit the completed application form along with the documents and a voucher of Rs. 500 as the application fee to the Central Office, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel.
• Other applicable fees for participation in the selection process shall be as specified and are payable on or before collecting the candidature confirmation card.
• The last date for submission of the completed application is 14 September 2025 by 4:00 PM.

The University will inform the shortlisted candidates for participation in the next stage of the selection process.

It will not entertain the applications and documents submitted after the deadline.
