K.B.N.R.Isuwa Power Limited, a leading hydropower company in Nepal, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for immediate appointment at its Isuwa Khola Hydropower Project, currently under construction and approaching the operation phase.

Position: Electrical Engineer- Power Plant & Equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in hydropower/power plant operation and maintenance, including expertise in grid operations, protective relays, electrical systems, and hydro-mechanical equipment fitting and maintenance, along with strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and problem-solving skills and willingness to work at a remote project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, testing, com-missioning, and safe and efficient functioning of electrical and hydro-mechanical systems at the power plant.
