KURVE Wustrow is a German INGO registered with SWC of Nepal. The organization strengthens and disseminates active non-violence and the reflection on it as a means of social transformation to achieve greater justice.

KURVE Wustrow is looking for a Country Coordinator (conflict transformation specialist) in Nepal. As an international Country Coordinator he/she will be responsible together with National Country Coordinator for accompanying the partner organizations, projects and experts of KURVE Wustrow in Nepal.

Required qualifications include, but are not limited to, a relevant university degree (at least Master's degree), fluency in German language, advanced experience in conflict transformation and human rights as well as project and financial management.

KURVE Wustrow offers a contract until December 31, 2027. The component of having international staff integrated in the teams is a central component and precondition of the Civil Peace Service (CPS) funded by BMZ. The deadline for the application is 25 May 2025.
