Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge and experience in receptionist/front desk work
  • Good communication skills (Nepali & English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude

 


 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk and visitor management
  • Receive and manage phone calls and emails
  • Assist with basic office documentation
  • Coordinate with office staff as required

 


 

Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar field will be an advantage
