Mahila Laghubitta Bittaiya Sanstha Ltd. is a National Level Microfinance Institution seeks applications from qualified Neplese citizens for the following positions.

Position: Senior Officer 

Required: 1

Age Criteria: Age should not exceed 40 years (for female candidates 45 years) as on application deadline with a minimum age of 21 years.

Selection Process: Interview.

Qualification & Experience :

• Bachaelors' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized univercity and at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources department of any recognized institutions. Priority shall be given for the candidates having experience in any BFI. or,
• Masters' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized univercity and at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources department of any recognized institutions. Priority shall be given for the candidates having experience in any BFI.
