Qualification: Master's in Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a financial leadership role.

Position : Processing Industry Manager

Competencies:  Production management, quality control, equipment handling

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Agri-business or Food Technology or Engineering or relevant field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in food processing or manufacturing industries

Position : Marketing Manager 

No. of Position : 1

Competencies:  Market strategy, brand management, campaign development, franchise leading

Qualification: Master's in Marketing or Business Administration or relevant field

Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG

Position : Food Quality Manager 

No. of Position : 1

Competencies:  Food safety standards, regulatory compliance, lab testing

Qualification:  Bachelor's or Master's in Food Technology, Microbiology, Bio-technology or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in food quality assurance

Position : Sourcing Manager 

No. of Position : 1

Competencies: Vendor management, procurement planning, negotiation

Qualification:  Bachelor's degree in agriculture, management, Supply Chain or relevant field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sourcing, preferably in the agri-food sector

Position : Supply Chain Manager 

No. of Position : 1

Competencies: Logistics planning, inventory control, distribution management

Qualification:  Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, management or Logistics

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a supply chain leadership role

Note: Candidates with their own two/four-wheeler will be given priority.
