We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Co-Director & Music Instructor specializing in Cello and Piano instruction and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Cello and Piano to students of different age groups and levels
• Design and develop structured music curriculum and lesson plans
• Lead academic planning and music education programs
• Manage and supervise school operations and activities
• Mentor junior instructors and support faculty development
• Organize student performances, workshops, and assessments
• Contribute to long-term institutional growth and leadership

Requirements

• Master's Degree in and Music in Development
• Minimum 4 years of experience in school teaching and leadership
• Strong expertise in Cello and Piano instruction
• Experience in curriculum development and educational planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for music education and student development
• Willingness to manage and lead the music school professionally
