General Requirements

• Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, CA, Semi-CA/ACCA qualification will be given preference.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial institutions at similar department.
• Proven experience in Strategic Leadership, Planning, Strong Analytical Capacity, Project Management, Policy Formulation /Development, Development Initiatives, Business Analysis and Institutional Strengthening.
• Strong understanding of Nepalese banking regulations, NRB Directives, and Industry trends Banking
• Operations and Risk Assessment (Operational, Credit & Overall Banking Risk)..
• Excellent Leadership, Communication and Analytical Skills.
• Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 3rd December, 2025.
