National Cooperative Federation of Nepal (NCF) is the apex organization of all types and levels of Cooperatives in Nepal. NCF seeks applications from energetic, dynamic and well-spirited candidate for the post of General Manager.

Position : General Manager

Types of Service: Contract (4 years)

Age: Minimum 35 years but not exceeding 60 years

Salary & Benefits: As per the NCF rules.

Qualification and Experience

• Master's Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized university.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in officers or senior level. Preference will be given to those who have worked in Cooperatives, Bank or other Social Business Sector, having adequate knowledge of apex organizations dynamism.
• Proficient in English Language and Information Technology is must.

Additional Requirement

• Having sound track record of tactfully handling of organizational management, business entities, development partners, international relationsand regulatory bodies,
• Clear vision in developing and implementing strategies, business plan and annual programs of member based organizations,
• Experience in resource planning and sound operational capacity within the member based organization,
• Aptitude to redirect leadership for advocacy and lobbying within government agencies and stakeholders,
• Possesses dynamic project conceptual framework and project bidding capacity with diverse stakeholders,
• Ample capacity in member network management, digitalization, standardization and service delivery mechanism,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and possesses diplomacy in team management.
