Nepal Bankers' Association (NBA) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to join the team. The role will be primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of various NBA Committees/Sub-Committees and supporting the successful execution of the Association's programs and events.

Position : Associate Coordinator

Level : Junior Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling/managing meetings of NBA Committees and Sub-Committees
• Prepare Minutes/Reports of the Committees and take necessary actions or make follow-ups as decided in the meetings
• Coordination with NBA Provincial-level Committees
• Provide administrative and operational support to Committee Members
• Support to conduct programs/activities of the Association
• Build and maintain strong networks with member banks and external stakeholders
• Travel different parts of country to execute and participate the program/events
• Closely work with team members on various engagements/projects
• Ensure timely and effective execution of assigned responsibilities
• Conduct any other additional duties handed time-to-time

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience of minutes drafting and event hosting preferred
• Knowledge of banking industry preferred
• Expert in all MS-Office applications
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient time management skills and ability to work independently
• Must hold 2-wheeler license
