Department Head

Nepal Finance Limited, invites application from highly competent, energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to strengthen its existing staff force.

Position: Department Head (Information Technology (IT), Internal Audit, Credit Risk)

Job Location: Inside Kathmandu valley

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years' experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFI's or,
• Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFI's.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Should be well acquainted with day to day department functions and process with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Must have overall knowledge of various Acts & policies related to banking norms including Unified NRB Directive.
• Must be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
• Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the department.
• Must possess excellent business communication, reporting critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the task.
