Position:  Branch Manager (Various Corporate Levels- Majorly for Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches and few for Inside Kathmandu Valley Branches)

Required Experience and Qualification:

• A minimum experience of 3 years or above with relevant and progressive work exposure in financial Institutions with focus in Credit, Business Development, Trade Finance and Branch Management.
• Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in Financial Institutions inside or outside Kathmandu Valley shall be preferred.
• Candidates should also have sound working knowledge of Central Bank Directives and Circulars.
• Candidate must currently be working at one position below the position applying for.
• Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in business related field from recognized University.

As Bank has requirement for above mentioned positions at various locations, candidates must indicate their preferred Province and Branch location while applying for the position as mentioned in vacancy. Candidates meeting mentioned eligibility criteria and obtaining minimum required marks in written examination for selected position (as per selection procedure) conducted by the Bank shall be shortlisted for further selection procedure also on the basis of location as per requirement of the Bank.

Candidates with fluency in Nepali and English (both-oral and written), along with computer literacy and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, will be given preference.
