We are seeking a dynamic, highly articulate and experienced Advanced English Language Teacher to join our team in Pokhara. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, high-level English instruction, focus on advanced communication and professional presentation skills and empower students to achieve fluency.

Duty Hours: 12-Hour Shift
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver structured, interactive lessons focused on advanced grammar, vocabulary and communication skills.
Train students in public speaking, professional presentations, debates and confident communication.
Design custom learning materials, assignments and workshops to fit different student needs.
Track student progress using mock presentations, oral exams and constructive feedback.
Maintain an engaging, active and encouraging English-only classroom environment.
Key Requirements
Native-level or fluent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as an English instructor or trainer (Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a full-time, 12-hour operational schedule.
Relevant academic background or TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
Selection Preference & Compensation
Priority will be given to candidates with verified experience in advanced English language training. Salary is competitive and fully negotiable depending on qualifications and expertise.
