Right4Children is looking for dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals for the following positions to be a part of the Right4Children core team.

Position: Finance Manage

Stationed : Pokhara

Experiences

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 7 years in medium to large organisation, with experience in managing overall finance and accounting; office management and business administration; Experience in I/NGO and corporate house is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to R4C financial policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and regular reports for management and donors.
• Oversee cash flow, fund management, payments, and reconciliations.
• Supervise and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial work.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and risk management.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, donors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Contribute to organizational strategy as part of the senior management team.

Salary and Benefits

• Remuneration will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate as per the organizational policy
