Project Director/ Managing Director

Sankhuwa Khola Hydro Pvt. Ltd. invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals (Nepali and Foreign Nationals) for the following senior leadership position:

Position: Project Director/Managing Director (Specialization in Geotechnical & Infrastructure Projects)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proven leadership experience in infrastructure and hydropower projects
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of FIDIC contract conditions
• Expertise in technical design, financial management, and overall infrastructure project handling

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as Project Director or in similar senior leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects with a strong focus on geotechnical components
• Oversee planning, design, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, contractual obligations, and FIDIC provisions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Contribute to long-term organizational strategy and technical growth

Note: This is a site-based position.
