Sarbottam Cement Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field related field (preference for higher qualifications from globally recognized universities).
• Proven senior leadership role in large-scale organizations with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with cement manufacturing processes, particularly with Rotary Klin and Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) technology in Nepal.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in budget management, cost efficiency, capital planning, and long-term profitability.
• Proven competency in crisis management, risk mitigation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and na ng regulatory frameworks.
