Position : Senior MEAL Manager

Term & Location : Fixed term; based in Country Office, Kathmandu.

Brief Description

Position holder will lead Save the Children's MEAL function, focused on strengthening the evidence-to-action agenda, MEAL processes, analysis, and knowledge dissemination across programs. The role supports the PDQI Director in advancing thought-leadership, learning and 'big-bet' research, and enhancing the use of evidence for thematic positioning, and fundraising. The role will guide MEAL teams, drive learning and adaptive programming, integrate innovative MEAL approaches in program design, lead digitally informed MEAL actions, and curate evidence systems for data-driven decision-making.

Eligibility

• Master's degree in relevant field with 7 years (5 years for GSI group) leading MEAL systems for large programs, strong research and evaluation expertise, excellent analytical skills, strategic planning, and program design.

*GSI group: Women, Dalit, Madhesi, Persons with Disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
