The appointment to the vacant posts is subject to the fulfillment of the selection requirements and processes as specified in the relevant University Rules, Directives, and Decisions. • The eligible and interested candidates may apply by completing the online form available at https://hrd.ku.edu.np/application from 25 August 2025.
• The applicant must also upload a voucher of Rs.1,500 as the application fee while submitting the application form.
• Other applicable fees for participation in the selection process shall be as specified and are payable on or before collecting the candidature confirmation card. 
• The last date to submit the completed application is 14 September 2025 by 4:00 PM.

The University will inform the shortlisted candidates for participation in the next stage of the selection process. 

It will not entertain the applications and documents submitted after the deadline.
