Individuals meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the following job position:

Position :  Marketing/Business Development Assistant (Narayangarh based)

Education 

• At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, marketing or related field

Experience

• Candidates should have minimum of 1 year's experience in Marketing/Business Development or client relationship.
• He/she should have excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in Merchant Banks or similar organization preferred.

Brief Job Description

• Strong understanding of company products and services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Identify, develop and plan marketing strategies for the organization's products and services at Representative Office level
• Identify new business opportunities, contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and arrange meetings
• Prepare sales and marketing materials; including writing proposals, preparation of marketing and promotional materials, etc.
• Promotion of SIP and portfolio management services at representative office level
• Research on new business opportunities for the organization

Selected staffs shall be trained for about a month at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal Kathmandu and placed at Narayangarh representative office after completion of training. Local candidates are preferred.
