Role Overview

As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mutual fund schemes designed to maximize returns for our clients. You will work closely with the investment team to develop and execute effective investment strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your expertise will play a vital role in achieving our financial goals while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies in line with market trends and client objectives. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on investment performance and market updates to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and global financial markets

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. In case of Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience in investment field.
• Proven experience in investment management, preferably within the Nepalese financial market.
• In-depth understanding of investment products, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred.
