Sisyphus Group is seeking an exceptional Chief Knowledge Officer & Communications for Development Advisor to lead strategic communications, knowledge management, and organizational positioning. As we prepare for the August 2026 launch of the SET4NPL Digital E-Ticketing Pilot, we are looking for a visionary communications leader with experience in multilateral-level communications who can transform complex technical information into compelling stories of human impact and help accelerate digital adoption across Nepal. This role is also suited for a self-driven professional who can help drive engagement with the UN and other bilateral and multilateral development partners while leading Sisyphus Group's transition towards an AI-driven communications ecosystem. The Role

• Lead knowledge management and communications for the SET4NPL Project. Design and implement Communications for Development (C4D) Frameworks to encourage digital adoption.
• Transform technical outputs into compelling stories, publications, and knowledge products.
• Establish digital knowledge-sharing platforms and repositories.
• Develop donor-ready proposals, executive briefs, website content, and institutional messaging.
• Strengthen engagement with the UN, World Bank, ADB, and other development partners.
• Lead implementation of an Al-driven communications ecosystem using Contentful and related digital platforms.

Essential Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in International Communications, Public Relations, Development Communications, Knowledge Management, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in communications or media are desirable.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, storytelling, or knowledge management.
• Proven experience in multilateral-level communications.
• Direct experience with UN agencies, multilateral organizations, or international development institutions.
• Demonstrated success helping organizations drive engagement with the UN and development partners.
• Strong understanding of Nepal's development landscape.

Technical Competencies

• Communications for Development (C4D) Frameworks
• Knowledge management systems and digital repositories AI-enabled content management (Contentful preferred)
• Drupal, SharePoint, WordPress, Notion, or similar CMS
• Digital branding, SEO, multimedia content, and stakeholder engagement

Language

• Exceptional written and spoken English (native or C2-equivalent preferred).
