Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves field visits, client meetings, market research, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Negotiate deals and ensure timely follow-up with clients
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and field visits

Requirements 

• Male female both can apply
• Education minimum +2 and above
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel and work in the field
• Minimum 2 years Experience in same related field
