Soaltee Hotel Limited, a listed public limited company pioneering in hospitality is seeking qualified candidates for the below position for its various projects. The Company owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury five-star hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria.

Position: Interior Designer

Required No. : 1

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: A minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Interior Design, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully completed hotel projects. Candidates with a background in high-end residential or commercial projects with hospitality elements may also be considered.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing and executing hotel interior projects.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, lighting, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max or any.
• Ability to collaborate effe effectively with architects, contractors and fellow teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles. defining
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• A strong portfolio showcasing past interior design projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
