Required Experience and Qualification

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply for the Branch/Subbranch Manager.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in life insurance sales, banking, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, or sales management.
• Age Criteria: Between 21 and 35 years.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of office administrative tasks.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
