Required Experience and Qualification

• Educational Background: For DPH/RM/Bм - Bachelor's degree required. Candidates who studied abroad must provide an equivalence certificate from a recognized Nepalese

• Experience: At least 5 years experience required for DPH and RM. Freshers are encouraged to apply for the BM & Marketing Executive position.

• Preferience: will be given to candidates with experience in life insurance sales, banking, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, or sales management.

• Age Criteria:

•  For DPH and RM: Not exceeding 40 years
• For BM: 21-35 years.
• For  ME: 21-30 years.

• Proficiency in computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Good understanding of office administrative tasks. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
