Position:  Principal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the highest standards of academic and co-curricular excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations, including curriculum implementation, staff development, and student welfare.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined school culture that promotes values, innovation, and 21st century learning skills.
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, students, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the school's reputation as a center of excellence.
• Lead initiatives for continuous school improvement, digital transformation and teacher professional development.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Master's degree (preferably M.Ed. equivalent) in Education or a related field. A Ph.D. or additional qualifications in educational leadership will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal in a reputed school Secondary Strong academic track record with demonstrated success in achieving excellent board results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of modern pedagogical practices, educational technology, and school management systems.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a large team of teachers and staff.
• Age not exceeding 55 years (relaxable in case of exceptionally qualified candidates).
