Major Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English General Paper as per the Cambridge A Level curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments Foster critical thinking, writing, and analytical skills in students
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Participate in academic planning, meetings, and student support activities
•  Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students in preparing for exams and coursework

Qualification

• Doctorate degree preferred
• Masters' degree required

Requirements

• Identify documents (Citizenship/Passport)
• Proven working experience in College/Higher Education Development
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Proven working experience in designing and creating learning solutions
• Excellent communication skills including strong interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• 10+ years of experience in relevant field
• Having knowledge and experience in UK Higher Education System will add value
