Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English General Paper as per the Cambridge A Level curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments Foster critical thinking, writing, and analytical skills in students
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Participate in academic planning, meetings, and student support activities
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in preparing for exams and coursework
Qualification
- Doctorate degree preferred
- Masters' degree required
Requirements
- Identify documents (Citizenship/Passport)
- Proven working experience in College/Higher Education Development
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Proven working experience in designing and creating learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills including strong interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Having knowledge and experience in UK Higher Education System will add value
