As we navigate the evolving landscape of digital transformation and print excellence, we need a strategic leader to drive brand growth, diversify revenue streams, and deepen our engagement with a global audience.

 

This isn't just about selling ad space; it's about redefining how Nepal's premier news brand connects with its readers and partners in a multi-platform era.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with THT's editorial integrity and commercial goals.
  • Drive high-value advertising sales, corporate sponsorships, and creative brand activations.
  • Lead the transition toward a digital-first marketing mindset, optimizing our online presence and subscription models.
  • Maintain THT's position as the "Voice of the Nation" through high-level public relations and community engagement.
  • Analyze readership data and market trends to identify new opportunities for niche supplements and special editions.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Exceptional command of English and Nepali (both written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of the South Asian media landscape and consumer behavior.
