Position: General Manager

Minimum Qualification

• The ideal candidate for this position should possess a degree in hotel management from a prestigious international university.

Experience

•  S/he must have a minimum of 20 years of experience as a General Manager in renowned five-star hotels in Europe, Middle-east and Asia with expertise in business strategy, sales development and operational efficiency.

Other Requirements

•  S/he should have a deep understanding of diverse cultures and expertise in pre-opening activities, budgeting and operational efficiency.
•  S/he must possess strong leadership, business acumen and strategic planning skills. Additionally, fluency in English, German, French and Dutch is required.

Terms & Compensation of this Assignment

• The term of the assignment will be for (3) three years with potential extensions and remuneration for this position is US$ 5500 and above per month as per experience and qualification and/or mutual agreement.
