Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), invites applications from qualified Nepali candidates for The Fred Hollows Intraocular Lens (IOL) Laboratory, which manufactures intraocular lenses (IOLs) and allied ophthalmic products with a strong commitment to global quality standards.

Position: Assistant Manager- Production

Work Station: The Fred Hollows Intraocular Lens Laboratory (to be relocated in Basamadi Makwanpur)

Modes of Hiring: Time Bound

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in mechanical/ industrial engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the manufacturing industry preferably Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry

Key Responsibilities

• ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Oversee daily production operations w in an ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE-compliant environment,
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities and performance to meet targets, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate teams/departments, maintain reporting while supervising personnel, resolving production issues, and implementing CAPA for continuous improvement.
